Usually an access control problem, not a gate problem
DoorKing is best known for telephone entry and access control, and most DoorKing installations combine an entry system with a gate operator. When something stops working, the fault is more often in the access control than in the gate — which matters, because they are diagnosed and repaired completely differently.
If the gate opens on a manual command but credentials do not work, the operator is healthy. Establishing that in the first five minutes avoids a great deal of unnecessary expense.
